WHAT ARE ACCESS BARS®?
The Access Bars® are a gentle hand application method introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. It consists of 32 energy bars that run through and around the head. These bars connect at specific "bars points" and correspond to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, I gently touch these points to release the electromagnetic charge of any thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that may have been limiting you in the affected areas of your life. A RESET on K(n)opf pressure, so to speak!
This gentle, non-invasive method enables the release of both physical and mental blockages stored in the body, helping to achieve greater ease in all different areas of life.
A conscious 1:1 Access Bars Treatement consists of a min. of 3 Sessions à 90min.
